Their customer service is terrible. They are only responsive until you book the ticket and after that they are terrible. I neede help with my reservation, I call them daily for one week trying to help me with it, they lied to me that they will keep my ticket open and a day before the travel date, they started playing games. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. FIND SOMEONE THAT PROVIDES BETTER SERVICE.
