- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have been banking here for 27 years (I think it was Bank United then) and have always liked the people and service. Since Chase took over the customer service has dwindled as the service charges have inflated. I took away one star for that. Now they have closed the drive through. One less star. Since I have to do my banking online or at an ATM, I might as well move to an online bank that pays interest and actually has free checking.By Sheila McCarn, November 11, 2017
